Shipping Policy
Standard Delivery (2-4 days) – £3
We offer standard delivery for just £3, but if you spend £25 or more, it’s on us – free of charge! It usually takes 2-4 days to arrive, though this might vary slightly during busy times (like bank holidays). We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
Next Day Delivery (1-2 days) – £4.99
Need it faster? Next day delivery is £4.99 – or free when you spend £30 or more! Orders placed later in the day will be shipped out first thing the next morning (where possible). If you order over the weekend, we’ll process it on Monday and get it on its way to you.
International Shipping
Europe:
Standard Delivery: 3-7 working days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Faster delivery within 2-5 working days.
Rest of the World:
Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-10 working days.
Express Shipping: Faster delivery within 2-6 working days.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
Important Note: International shipping costs are weight-based, and final prices will be calculated at checkout.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At TriciaBeauty, we’re all about fairness and keeping things simple. Before making a purchase, please take a moment to review our policy—it applies to all orders placed on our website.
Unwanted Items/Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products (and for hygiene reasons), we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or no longer want an item.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, don’t worry—we’ll sort it out! We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange once we receive proof of the damage.
Here’s what to do:

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your item.

Make sure the return reaches us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition—unworn and still in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used or removed from its packaging.
Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction, we’re here to help. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive sufficient proof.

All our lashes are handmade with love, which means each pair is slightly unique—that’s part of their charm! This isn’t a fault, just a sign that your lashes are one of a kind.
